Alas, the reason I like self-employment. So many managers out there who think they're doing a good job badgering and abusing employees.

Dear Managers,
You are a leader. Leaders inspire, encourage and support their team. If you don't get that, then get a different job or educate yourself. And that doesn't necessarily mean you need to go to school. Pay a visit to Amazon.com and read! You know how to do that; don't you? I ask, because I know a number of you who lack the ability to formulate a grammatically correct sentence when composing an email. You might wanna read-up on that too!
